In our course, you will be pushed to maximise your efforts utilising techniques from a standing position to being on the ground. You will get a total body workout plus you will work and improve your reflexes, focus, and awareness all in the one session.
In this course, you will not only learn effective self-defence skills, strategies, and tactics, but you will also have fun learning your new skills with like-minded individuals. If it is not fun it becomes a bore.
